Rachel Lemas
Senior Project Manager
Rachel Lemas comes to FiComm from the retail sector of private industry where she was responsible for purchasing, accounting, corporate development, financial statements, planning and cash flow. Her background in sales and customer service made an easy transition to assisting FiComm clients and their investors.  Rachel has a B.A. in Business Economics from the University of California at Santa Barbara.

Lewis Douglas
Prior to starting the Wilton Group, Mr. Douglas spent over sixteen years on Wall Street. He has held officer and senior positions at tier-one domestic and international firms, including Donaldson Lufkin & Jenerette and Robertson Stephens, where he was the London Managing Partner.  He also served as CEO and Managing Director of Jensen Securities, prior to its acquisition by D.A.Davidson.  Mr. Douglas’ deep knowledge of the market and its key players contribute to his unique perspective.
